Celebration Flip Flops

I was feeling a little crafty today. So I purchased some little water balloons at The Dollar Tree, took a pair of Charity's flip flops and threw together this simple creation. She's got a birthday party to attend tomorrow, so I thought they'd be cute. What's more appropriate at a birthday than balloons?? And these are better, you don't even have to blow them up! Also made a couple barrettes to match and a second set of barrettes for a friend's little girl who just had a birthday. Guess I've been spending too much time on Etsy.com . . . at least no purchase went on the credit card!
