Charity was getting a little bored on the pedal boat until I let her dangle her feet in the water. Scared me to death, but she loved it and it kept her cool.

The view of the lodge from the lake:

All of sudden the local red-necks showed up. Dave took that as his que to come in from the lake and rescue us girls on the beach. Smart guy!! Whooozers!! Dave said it well. He said, "Our picnic turned into a "hicknic"!! Of course, the little guy was sad, as they hadn't caught any fish yet.
Playing in the Sand

Enjoying the Lake

Anyhoo . . .
We spent the rest the afternoon relaxing. Went into Hopkinsville for dinner. We couldn't find any local specialties, but had an awesome meal at O'Charleys. Their Chili-Lime Chicken was awesome!! Yuummmm, oh I could go for some right now again!
Back to lodge . . . for an evening swim.
Dave's tee time is at 7:30 am tomorrow morning. He obviously doesn't know the meaning of vacation!! Charity and I said we'd go golfing with him before he came out of the clubhouse with such an early scheduled start time!! Oh well, it's vacation . . . who needs sleep!!
