Golf, Playground, Nap, Swim . . . sounds like vacation to me!!

Early, very early morning we started our day on the Pennyrile Forest State Golf Course. I do agree with Dave about the early tee time. We did have the entire course to ourselves. So we were able to take our time, Charity did all Dave's putting and we got to take turns driving. The weather was perfect and not too hot, yet.

I was getting a little bored toward the end of the 18 holes, but when I caught this shot it made the whole game worth my while!! Look for the ball . . . Ha!!

Later we were able to go to the playground for Charity.

We weren't there too long, when the warm afternoon sun and our very early morning started catching up with us!

Some more pool time after a nap . . . Charity met a little 4 year-old friend, Tallia, so I could not get her out of the pool. I know I'm going to be as red as Elmo tomorrow!! But I'm glad she's having fun!!

And believe it or not Charity and Daddy were both up for a round of tennis this evening! I guess that nap did some good!

Tomorrow we're heading out. And I'm so excited we're going to Patti's 1880 Settlement!! I've heard all about this place . . . so I can't wait to see what all the rage is about!!
