~ Guests coming in town for South East Asian Conference

Worked today for Stacey again. More moving stuff for Petty's. Not so much, but the movers worked so diligently. Then it was headed to the old house to meet the carpet cleaners to pick up the dirty rugs. I was done by 12:30pm, which was good. Plenty of time to pick up Charity from school, since Gramma had a doctor's appointment.

I received a surprise call from a friend of my birth mother, Corinne. They were roommates when my mom died. It was so nice to hear from her. She's been missing my mother lately and she always shares with me her memories and grief. I haven't spoken with her since we met up with her and her family in Maine, the Summer of 2004. So you can understand my surprise. It was so nice to sit and talk with her, and since Charity was still at school, I was able to chat with her uninterrupted.

When I completed my nice conversation with Corinne, it was just time to leave and get Charity, so off I was for the errands and activities of the afternoon/evening. Can't figure out how I fit all this stuff in when I was working!?!?!
