So Mrs. Henderson said Charity cried about 10 minutes and then she decided to join the rest of the children in their play activities. Poor teachers, 10 minutes is a long time of screaming! Let's just hope she's over this hurdle when she heads back to school on Tuesday.
Charity and I did one monumental task after school. I got a library card. She goes every week with Gramma and gets a pile of books that we "share" between the upstairs and downstairs. But lately I've been so bored with our bedtime reading selection. And since we've had more time to read together, I've decided Charity and I needed to go.
She was so "grown-up" explaining to me all the details: where to park, what section the childrens' books are in and then she checked them all out. She's such a smarty skirt. I'm glad she was there to show me the ropes.
Then we did a little shopping around Bellevue for a 4th dress, with no luck, looks like I'll be sewing this weekend.
Home to eat dinner and then out for more evening obligations. Dave: Celebrate Recovery and Me: choir practice.
